Steve Habeger received $100,000 from the proceeds of the 22nd Ocean City / Berlin 2010 Optimist Scholarship Lotto. Bob Russell, club president, left and Rich Dalton, lotto chairman, right present the check. The balance of the lotto proceeds are awarded as scholarships to SDHS seniors. Over $1,330,000 has been awarded to over 250 students in the past 22 years. The optimist club again thanks those who have participated in the past and again this year. Thanks to all who have helped us to help the area youth in these unsettling Times?
